The development will be located on a previous Kodak parking lot along the western portion of Eastman Avenue.

Work on the 17-building development is currently underway, with completion by spring of 2020.

The Eastman Reserve is part of a plan to transform the 1,200 acre research, development and manufacturing campus.

Construction is expected to be completed by the spring of 2020, with full occupancy expected by that December.
